Contacting us

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is used to process your request. Contact and project inquiries can be sent to [email protected]. Legal matters and technical responsibility go to [email protected].

Consultation and service requests

When you submit a consultation request, we store your name, email address, optionally a phone number, preferred consultation date, time window and message. This data is used to process the request, follow up and confirm the appointment.

Server logs

When you access the website, technical access data may be processed, such as IP address, timestamp, the file accessed and browser information.

Traffic counting

The website counts page views for the internal admin panel. Daily totals, accessed paths and anonymized visitor figures are stored. No analytics cookies are set.

Status page

The status page shows the state of the Brunner IT services. The web server fetches this data from the internal status API; the browser only ever requests it from this website and contacts no third-party servers. The browser keeps the most recently loaded status data in session storage so the page can show something immediately on the next visit. These are not cookies and not personal data, and session storage is cleared when the tab is closed.

Email delivery

Appointment and receipt confirmations are sent from the address [email protected]. Replies should be sent to the contact address given in the respective message.

Retention period and rights

Data is only stored for as long as it is needed for processing, operation, traceability or legal obligations. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to [email protected].
